"I have been a loyal customer for years and my order this time around is absolutely inedible. I’m not sure what happened with the quality! I am so disappointed! I have reached out to Jade Leaf support three times now and there has been no response in nearly a month. Such a shame as this was my favorite daily morning ritual!"

"I had resisted getting a bowl, thinking from the picture it was too large; but it’s not! I took advantage of a sale accumulated points, but encountered lack of clarity which was not addressed. I suggest to Jade Leaf that they warn purchasers that points cannot be applied to sale items. When I did so, I received a "points cannot be applied message. ” Then the points were deducted without a reduction in price! Very confusing."
