Do my points expire?

Points expire after 6 months of inactivity. Just stay active (a purchase, a review, anything!) and your points will stay fresh as ever.

Do rewards expire once I redeem my points?

Rewards expire 6 months after they are issued.

What happens to my points if I return something?

If you return a purchase, the points you earned from that order will be deducted from your account automatically.

When do I get my birthday reward?

On your big day, of course! If your birthday is within 1 day of entering it, you’ll receive your points the following year—but don’t worry, the reward will be worth the wait!

I forgot to use my points at checkout. Can I still apply them?

Unfortunately, points can’t be applied after an order has been placed. Be sure to redeem them before you check out next time!
