Shipping Options 

We offer free standard shipping (3 - 5 business days), as well as flat rate expedited (2 - 3 business days) and priority (1 - 2 business days) shipping to anywhere in the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska). For orders over $29, we provide free expedited shipping (2 - 3 business days).

Returns  

At Jade Leaf Matcha, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any Jade Leaf Matcha products you purchased from jadeleafmatcha.com or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Jade Leaf Matcha 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original end-user purchaser.

How To Claim the Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please send us an email at support@jadeleafmatcha.com. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jadeleafmatcha.com and send your item to 253 Commerce Drive, Grayslake, IL 60030.

Return Shipping

In case your product was ordered incorrectly, you can return the unopened product to:

The cost of returning your item will be at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive the item, a credit will be issued.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@jadeleafmatcha.com.

Guarantee Guidelines

Jade Leaf Matcha reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the Jade Leaf Matcha 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you have any questions regarding whether a seller is an authorized Jade Leaf Matcha seller, please contact us at support@jadeleafmatcha.com.
