Ingredients
  • 2–3 ripe bananas
  • 4 oz brown butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1–2 tbsp Jade Leaf Culinary Matcha
Directions
  1. Mash bananas in a large bowl, then whisk in brown butter.
  2. Add eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Divide batter into two bowls; add matcha to one.
  6. Alternate scoops of green and plain batter into a lined bread pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 55–60 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing and enjoy!
