Is the second harvest matcha usually a little bit more bitter
Hi Lilia, The bitterness intensifies as you get to later harvests. First harvest is the smoothest. 2nd harvest (Culinary grade) is not the most bitter but maybe slightly more than 1st harvest. Later harvests (ingredient grade) are the most bitter. Thank you for reaching out! The JLM team!
