I had been using the Matcha Mushrooms and then the "Supplement grade" which I believe is now "Culinary Grade" and decided to try this to save some $$. It's an excellent value, but noticeable taste difference which is stated in the description and was expected. Just out of personal preference I think I'll go back up a tier in my future orders. I like the flavor better in the higher grades. Shocker lol.
Used to purchase the culinary grade regularly but was excited to find this new option! I have matcha daily and am glad that this will provide me a little more bang for my buck. I use it in smoothies, protein shakes, or in yogurt and this ingredient grade version works and tastes great!
