Harima Tea GardenUji, Kyoto
Harima-san is a 6th generation farmer in the Uji region, Japan’s most famous for matcha tea cultivation. His finest offering is a unique blend of Okumidori, Yabukita, and Komakage cultivars he grows on specially reserved tea fields.

Henta Tea GardenKirishima, Kagoshima
Henta-san’s father began cultivating tea 52 years ago, and today the family farm is one of the most well respected in the mountainous region of Kirishima. This reserve is a single cultivar Okumidori he grows especially for tea competitions.

Nishi-san and his family are celebrated throughout Japan for their dedication to organic cultivation techniques and masterful cultivar selection. Their tea gardens are nestled in deep forests on high mountaintops in Kirishima, providing ideal protection and growing conditions.
