Ingredients
Matcha
- 1 teaspoon of Jade Leaf Matcha Barista Ceremonial Matcha
- 2oz warm water (not boiling)
- 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy of your choice)
- 1 cup ice
Pistachio Cold Foam
- 1 tablespoon of pistachio syrup
- 2 tablespoon 2% milk
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream
- Sweetener of your preference (optional)
- Crushed pistachios for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Iced Matcha Latte
- Sift 1 teaspoon of Jade Leaf Ceremonial Matcha Powder with 2oz of warm water in bowl and whisk
- Fill a glass with ice and add your milk of choice
- Add the matcha mixture
Note: leave enough room for the cold foam to be added to the top
Pistachio Cold Foam
- Combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, pistachio syrup
- Mix using an electric milk frother to whip up to create a smooth and fluffy cold foam.
- Pour over the iced matcha latte.
Optional: Sprinkle Crushed Pistachios on top and enjoy!
