- 1-2 tsp Barista Edition Matcha or Teahouse Edition Matcha
- 2 oz water
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 6-8 oz milk
- Boba
- Ice
Steps
- Make a strawberry puree by blending strawberries, sugar, and 1 cup water until smooth
- Make a matcha shot: Gently shake or whisk 2 oz water with matcha powder until frothy
- Fill tall glass with 1-2 ounces of strawberry puree, boba, ice, add milk, and top off with your matcha shot
