1 tbs yuzu juice (more if you want it to be tangier)
sesame chili oil
Combine mayonnaise and yuzu juice in a small bowl.
Sift in matcha powder and add it to your mayonnaise. Note: the matcha flavor won't be as prominent. The addition of matcha in this savory application adds a beautiful light green shade to your aioli. If you'd like a stronger matcha flavor to come through, feel free to add more matcha (to taste).
Drizzle 4-5 drops of sesame chili oil on top of your aioli upon serving.
Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up 7 days.
