Oat Milk Matcha Latte

I've been getting back into warm and toasty matcha lattes lately, and finding so many new delicious and creative ways to make this classic.

This one in particular introduced me to "oat milk" - which is easy to make and when sweetened a bit basically tastes kind of like cake batter (!)
