Repeat until white chocolate chips are completely melted. Remove from microwave. Sift Culinary Grade Matcha powder into white chocolate, mix until incorporated.
Place toppings into small bowls.
Dip caramel apples into matcha white chocolate, coat in your favorite toppings. Place on wax or parchment paper to harden. Approximately 1 hour.
