"This is my go-to smoothie that I honestly drink just about every day. There's something about the flavor of matcha and almond butter that pairs so well together...throw a little banana in for sweetness (maybe even some honey, too?) and it truly becomes a treat!
This basic recipe is a great foundation to build upon—personally I add pea protein, collagen, and some MCT oil. All superfoods and other healthy ingredients are welcome!
Make sure to add the milk first, then the matcha on top (to avoid any matcha getting stuck on the sides of the jar). Sometimes it helps to shake the jar in between pulses to make sure all the ingredient get mixed in."
- 1 tsp Matcha
- 8oz Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Frozen Banana
Add milk to your bullet, then the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, and enjoy! You can always add some ice if you like your smoothie thicker :)
