Iced Matcha Latte

  • Whisk or share 2 teaspoons of Matcha Latte Mix with 1/4 cup of warm water (use 3 tsp if you prefer a stronger matcha flavor).
  • Add the matcha to oat milk (or the milk of your choice) and stir.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over, leaving enough room for the cold foam to be added to the top.

Lavender Cold Foam

  • Combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, lavender and vanilla syrups (and the optional food coloring for presentation).
  • Mix using an electric milk frother to whip up to create a smooth and fluffy cold foam.
  • Pour over the iced matcha latte.
  • Optional: Sprinkle the Organic Lavender Flowers on top and enjoy!

  • If you create too much cold foam, you can store the excess in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. You'll need to froth up again.
  • If you prefer a stronger lavender flavor to your matcha latte, you can add a few dried lavender buds to the matcha latte mix.
