Fluffy Matcha Mousse (No Bake!) 🍓

This mousse is a matcha made in heaven ✨

If you’re looking for a light, creamy dessert that’s as pretty as it is delicious, this Matcha Mousse is your new go-to!

We use Jade Leaf culinary matcha for that rich, vibrant green and authentic matcha taste. And the best part? No baking needed! Just a few simple steps and a little fridge time, and you’ve got a gorgeous dessert ready to go.

Ingredients
  • Biscoff cookies + 1 tbsp melted butter (base)
  • 1 tbsp Cilunary Jade Leaf matcha whisked in 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 120g white chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Crush cookies and mix with butter. Press into serving dish.
  2. In a pan, heat matcha cream, white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until melted.
  3. Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into matcha mix.
  4. Spoon into dish, chill 2+ hours.
  5. Top with matcha powder, strawberry, and whipped cream (optional, but cute!).
