We use Jade Leaf culinary matcha for that rich, vibrant green and authentic matcha taste. And the best part? No baking needed! Just a few simple steps and a little fridge time, and you’ve got a gorgeous dessert ready to go.
Ingredients
- Biscoff cookies + 1 tbsp melted butter (base)
- 1 tbsp Cilunary Jade Leaf matcha whisked in 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 120g white chocolate
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush cookies and mix with butter. Press into serving dish.
- In a pan, heat matcha cream, white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until melted.
- Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into matcha mix.
- Spoon into dish, chill 2+ hours.
- Top with matcha powder, strawberry, and whipped cream (optional, but cute!).
