We've been seeing a lot of customers post pictures of their matcha lattes and smoothies infused with this interesting sounding ingredient called "collagen" - so we had to see what all the fuss is about!
Turns our collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies, but production of it slows down as we age. Supplementing it in your diet can potentially help with joint health, hair and skin health, metabolism, among other benefits.
