"If I need to focus, it's hard to beat a Bulletproof™ style matcha. The potent combo of healthy fats plus the caffeine and l-theanine in matcha really get you going!
Make sure to add the water first (and make sure it is not boiling!), then add the matcha on top (to avoid any matcha getting stuck on the sides of the jar). Sometimes it helps to shake the jar in between pulses to make sure all the matcha gets mixed in."
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Matcha
- 8oz Water (hot, but NOT boiling)
- 1 tsp MCT Oil
- 1 Tbsp Ghee Butter
Instructions:
Add the water to your bullet, then the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, and be extra careful when removing the base. Enjoy immediately!
