- 1 tsp Barista Edition Ceremonial Grade Matcha, sifted
- 2 oz cold or room temperature water
- 8 oz dairy or plant milk
- 2 tbs Torani Peppermint Syrup (or 1-3 drops of peppermint essential oil)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Crushed candy canes (optional)
- Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in milk (leaving room at the top for your matcha shot), add Torani Peppermint Syrup (or peppermint essential oil). If you are opting to use peppermint essential oil, add your favorite sweetener (to taste).
- Sift Barista Edition Ceremonial Grade Matcha in 2 oz water, whisk or shake until frothy
- Pour matcha shot over milk
- (optional) Top off with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle on crushed candy canes
- Stir and enjoy!
