Easy No Bake Matcha Peanut Butter Cups

Only 5 ingredients needed!

Here’s what you need:

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Jade Leaf Culinary Matcha
  • Optional: chopped peanuts for extra crunch

How to make them:

  1. Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar, then set aside.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together (microwave or double boiler works!), then remove from heat.
  3. Sift in matcha and mix until smooth.
  4. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and add 1/2 tbsp of the matcha chocolate to each.
  5. Coat the sides of each liner with the chocolate.
  6. Form a peanut butter disc and place it in each cup.
  7. Top with more matcha chocolate and tap the pan to smooth it out.
  8. Pop them in the fridge for 20 minutes, then dig in!
