Only 5 ingredients needed!
Here’s what you need:
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Jade Leaf Culinary Matcha
- Optional: chopped peanuts for extra crunch
How to make them:
- Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar, then set aside.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together (microwave or double boiler works!), then remove from heat.
- Sift in matcha and mix until smooth.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and add 1/2 tbsp of the matcha chocolate to each.
- Coat the sides of each liner with the chocolate.
- Form a peanut butter disc and place it in each cup.
- Top with more matcha chocolate and tap the pan to smooth it out.
- Pop them in the fridge for 20 minutes, then dig in!
