Chocolate Covered Matcha Popsicles

Make summer last a little bit longer with these delicious treats! Trust us, you can’t go wrong with this frozen delight!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Matcha Latte Mix
  • 1 Cup Melted Chocolate

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla, and matcha latte mix.
  2. Pour the mixture into your popsicle mold, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, remove popsicles from the mold and drizzle with chocolate. Wait for it to harden, then enjoy!
