Tools For Making Chocolate Covered Matcha Popsicles
- Popsicle sticks
- Popsicle mold: If you don’t have a popsicle mold, you can make a DIY version by freezing the popsicles in plastic cups, adding a popsicle stick, and covering with plastic wrap.
- Mixing bowls
This recipe perfectly fills a 10-cavity silicone popsicle mold and makes about 3 cups.
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Matcha Latte Mix
- Magic Shell or chocolate melting wafers
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla, and matcha latte mix. Transfer to your popsicle mold; cover and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, remove popsicles from mold; drizzle chocolate over popsicle and wait for it to harden. Enjoy!
